About The Darling
I've been a licensed hairstylist since 2005. Over the years I've worked with hundreds of clients behind the chair, done New York Fashion Week and editorial shoots, opened Ceremony in Carrboro in 2014, and coached dozens of salon owners along the way.
The Darling is my second salon. After twelve years at Ceremony, I wanted to bring that same warmth and care to Downtown Durham, and to give more talented hairdressers a place where they can grow and do their best work.
When you book with us, you get one stylist for your whole appointment, and you'll know the price before we start. Our pricing is hourly and there's no tipping, so you can just relax and enjoy your time in the chair.
