The Darling is a salon for people who love their hair. We want you to walk out feeling confident, cared for, and excited to see yourself in every mirror you pass.

Every appointment is one on one. The stylist you book is the stylist who does your hair from start to finish, and they'll talk through what you want before we begin. If something isn't right for your hair, we'll be honest with you and help you find what is.

Our pricing is simple. Each stylist sets their own hourly rate, you'll know your price before we start, and there's no tipping. No surprises at checkout.

I opened The Darling after twelve years at Ceremony in Carrboro, because I wanted to bring that same care to Downtown Durham. I've spent my whole career behind the chair, and I put everything I've learned into training our team.
